Inside the cherry are two coffee beans. The pulped coffee is fermented to remove the flesh. The beans (including outer parchment layer) are dried in the sun. Once dried, the beans are rested for a month or so. This is the coffee with its parchment layer still on. Hand-sorting of the beans. Coffee is shipped around the world! Roasted coffee (finally).
